CEO SUITE opened the KL center at the landmark building in KLCC

Its Malaysia Managing Partner, Mr. Budhi Sentoso, said Malaysia was the ideal location to help the company expand internationally based on its sound political and economic environment.

Budhi said CEO SUITE was enthusiastically preparing for the shift. Once it is done, the company can concentrate on opening branches in other parts of the region, such as Shanghai and Hong Kong, within the next one to two years.

As to why Malaysia was chosen as its springboard instead of the more established Asian countries such Singapore, Budhi said investing in Malaysia was much more economical. “We can basically get the same facilities here in Malaysia as a much cheaper price compared to Singapore. Both Malaysia and Indonesia share – more or less- the same culture, and this would help us deal with the people here better,” he said.

With an initial US$2 million (RM 7.6 million) investment, CEO SUITE Kuala Lumpur – which occupies 13,000 square feet of the entire 36th floor of Menara Maxis – is the company’s 3rd center.

Despite being in operations for just two months, Budhi said business had been good with the company receiving at least six to seven enquiries per day. “The occupancy rate for our office spaces is currently at 35 per cent. More than 60 percent of our clients consist of multinational companies from Australia, China, Singapore and America” he added.

Due to overwhelming response from its clients, CEO SUITE Kuala Lumpur General Manager, Lorraine Tan said its edge lies heavily in its personalized customer services. “Since we do not have any tangible product to sell, the services are basically the company’s selling point. We provide our clients, be it big or small, with services tailored to their needs,” she said.

CEO SUITE would be an ideal gateway especially for companies which want to make an investment overseas. “By making use of our superb office acilities, high tech equipment and personalized services, clients need not trouble themselves with unnecessary logistics problems. “The consultation and market research services we provide and our huge network base with large multinational corporations around the world would guarantee our client’s success in venturing into the international market,” Tan added.

CEO SUITE was founded in 1997 during the regional economic downturn by its President, Ms. Mee Kim. It currently has two other centers in Jakarta and 11 affiliated centers worldwide serving multinational clients.
